Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Cera Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exemptions

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, which cannot be returned. We also do not accept products categorized as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

In addition to the above exemptions, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, we may grant partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be processing time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there can be further processing delays.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at [email protected] and mail your item to: [Your Physical Address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: [Your Physical Address].

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
